Udinese have officially announced the signing of Tunisian striker Hamdi Harbaoui for next season.
The 31-year-old Lokeren is out of contract at the end of the season, and holds a Belgian passport, meaning he will not take up a non-EU space.
The forward scored four goals in his side’s 5-1 win over KV Mechelen on Saturday.
“Udinese Calcio announces that it has acquired the playing rights of the player Hamdi Harbaoui, born in Bizerte [Tunisia] on January 5, 1985 and holder of a Belgian passport,” the Zebrette said in a statement on their official website.
“The duration of the relationship will be three years, until June 30, 2019.”
