The prosecutor in Rome has requested that Inter Coach Roberto Mancini be jailed for three-and-a-half years for his alleged involvement in a fraudulent bankruptcy.
The collapse of Img Costruzioni is being investigated, and it’s alleged that Mancini and entrepreneur Marco Mezzaroma may have acted improperly.
Stefano Rocco Fava accuses the company Mastro, of which both are shareholders, of draining money from the accounts of Img with false transactions.

The prosecutor has requested that Mancini be jailed for three-and-a-half years, and the Nerazzurri boss has opted for a fast-track trial.
However, this does not mean that Mancio will face any jail time, or even a trial, as a judge must decide if there is enough evidence to proceed.
If it’s ruled that there are grounds to go to trial, Mancini and Mezzaroma will have the opportunity to defend themselves.
Neither man has been found guilty of any crime.
