It’s reported that the charges against Roberto Mancini for fraudulent bankruptcy have been thrown out.

Earlier today, the prosecutor in Rome requested that the Inter Coach be jailed for three-and-a-half years for his alleged involvement in the collapse of Img Costruzioni.

That didn’t mean that the former Manchester City manager would be on trial, as a judge had to decide if there was enough evidence to proceed.

Now Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that the GUP [judge of the preliminary hearing] Paola Della Monica has thrown out the charges against Mancini, who is therefore acquitted.
