This weekend Ibrahimovic confirmed he is leaving Paris Saint-Germain as a free agent, so is he heading back to San Siro?

“Ibra has wages that are incompatible with the Italian market, but we’ll see,” Galliani told Mediaset Premium.

“He is still very fond of Milan, but has some offers that I more or less know from Asia, America and Europe. We’ll see, we’ll see, we’ll see.

“At the moment Balotelli is on a straight loan. We’ll have the chance to talk about it with Liverpool and once the season is over we’ll see what to do. During the summer there will be plenty of opportunity to discuss it with Liverpool.”

Milan could qualify for the Europa League by finishing in the top six, but if not then they’ll have to beat Juventus in the Coppa Italia Final next Saturday.

“We have two match balls and must convert one. This evening there is a possibility that also depends on Sassuolo’s result, then next Saturday it’s only down to us.

“I won’t talk about the Coppa Italia until after the final whistle this evening, as we have to concentrate on this game. However it goes, we’ll have reached the Coppa Italia Final for the first time in 13 years.”

Today 18-year-old midfielder Locatelli gets his first Serie A start against Roma.

“Locatelli is a classic playmaker. He is an alternative to Riccardo Montolivo, who won’t play tonight because his wife just had a little girl and he hasn’t been sleeping at night. It happened to Luca Antonelli too.

“Locatelli is a player of great talent, he just signed a four-year contract and will certainly stay with us. He’s 18 years old and when I see him in training, he seems to be a player with good prospects, but let’s not pour too much responsibility on to his shoulders.”
