“We don't have a precise objective yet. We want to start a project that will let us play a championship without any pressure, and then perhaps aim for something higher.
“We'll evaluate, together with the club, the possible changes that must be effected.
“I think the ideal would be to have a combination of young and experienced players. The Coach determines his formation according to the characteristics of his players.
“It's too early to discuss promises on the transfer market, though we've touched on the subject with the club. We'll certainly change a few things.
“A Coach's skill must correspond to that of his players, his role is to point the footballers on the right path so that they can grow.
“My job is to give the team a solid game, so that they can pick up some positive results.”
