According to Calciomercato.com, should the Lupi midfielder be allowed to head off to the Premier League, his ideal replacement would be Genoa's Rincon.

Sporting director Walter Sabatini had a meeting with the player's agents last Friday to discuss a possible deal, which would see the player's salary rise from his current €600,000 yearly to €1.2m.

Rincon's preference would be to move to Roma, but should that not come to pass, he enjoys the interest of Cagliari and Torino.
