Berlusconi 'convinced' by Milan buyers

Silvio Berlusconi has reportedly given the go-ahead to Milan’s sale after being ‘convinced” of the Chinese investors.

The President had been hesitant and wanted to know the names of the group trying to buy the club he has owned for 30 years.

Today Berlusconi had a meeting with his children and the managers of his Fininvest holding company to look over the dossier.

According to multiple sources, including Sky Sport Italia and Calciomercato.com, Berlusconi is now convinced they will reinforce the Rossoneri.

Although he has not yet seen the full list of the Chinese investors, it is nonetheless a step forward.

The exclusivity deal expires on June 20 and the race is on to reach an agreement before that date, although it could well be later.
