Massimo Moratti has confirmed that Inter “have the Suning Group’s signatures” as the “intention is to close the deal”.

Reuters reported on Wednesday that Erick Thohir would sell his entire 70-percent stake in Inter to Suning by June 5, and Moratti – still honorary President at the club – admitted a deal was close, although he was yet to learn the fate of his 30% share.

“Do we have their signatures? It should be the case. I think the intention is to close the deal,” he told ANSA.
