“Graziano Pellè is physically a centre-forward, but I too ask him to attack the space often. In any case, the opposition teams tend to change their tactical approach in order to contrast ours.
“It is by no means easy to play against teams who clam up and play on the counter. We must do well to find the right gaps to run into and winning back the ball quickly, because if a side gets too deep then it loses effectiveness in attack.
“Our defenders must also do well to hold the line when there’s a 60 metre gap between them and the goal.”
