The club President and Italy’s former Prime Minister has been in hospital since yesterday morning due to cardiac irregularities.

According to the Corriere della Sera, tests have flagged up a faulty valve and surgery is an option.

He had been expected to leave the San Raffaele hospital in Milan tomorrow, but this could force him to stay in longer.
