Silvio Berlusconi’s health problems have reportedly seen the deadline for Milan’s sale postponed until June 30.

Parent company Fininvest and the unnamed Chinese conglomerate were supposed to reach an agreement by June 15.

However, President Berlusconi has been in hospital for several days and been told he requires heart surgery to replace an aortic valve.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport and Sky Sport Italia, the Chinese investors have agreed to put back that deadline to June 30.
