Piotr Zielinski is reportedly holding up the move to Napoli, as he wants to wait in case Liverpool make a stronger bid.

The Udinese-owned midfielder is currently on international duty with Poland at Euro 2016.

There have been multiple reports of a deal struck with Napoli worth €12m cash plus ownership of Juan Camilo Zuniga, who would then be loaned to Watford.

However, Sky Sport Italia noted late Saturday night that Zielinski is hesitating to give the all-clear.

The 22-year-old had been heavily linked with Liverpool a few weeks ago and wants to wait in case Jurgen Klopp orders another push for his signature.

Sky insist Liverpool have offered €12m, but Napoli still have the upper hand as far as Udinese are concerned.

He spent this season on loan at Empoli, contributing five goals and six assists in 35 Serie A games.
