Juventus’ meeting with Real Madrid for Alvaro Morata has reportedly been postponed.

The Bianconeri were believed to be ready to discuss the striker’s buyback clause, as well as potential deals for Mateo Kovacic and Paul Pogba.

However, Gianluca Di Marzio’s website is reporting that there is tension between the two parties, with neither wishing to make the first move, and the meeting has been delayed.

The clubs will have to meet at some point to determine Morata’s future, with Madrid retaining a €30m buyback clause for this summer.

However, it is not clear when that encounter will now take place.
