Italy Coach Antonio Conte has identified three possible weaknesses in Germany as he prepares a plan.

The Azzurri confront the Mannschaft on Saturday night, in a rematch of the Euro 2012 semi-final.

The Germans appear to be the favourites, but Conte's tactical nous proved strong enough to overpower both Belgium and Spain so far.

According to Tuttosport, Conte will ask his players to attack Toni Kroos, whose game is largely predictable as he always tends to play the ball to the left.

They will also be required to press Joshua Kimmich, who is the weak link in an otherwise excellent defensive chain, and look to wear out Sami Khedira. The midfielder is technically excellent, but he runs less than his comrades do.

These instructions were reportedly passed on to the team during yesterday's video analysis of Italy's next opponent.
