Gianluca Lapadula wants to “write myself into the history” of Milan, after joining them from Pescara.
The striker was linked with Napoli, Juventus and Genoa, but ultimately opted to join the Rossoneri for the upcoming season.
“I don’t know how many clubs have such a beautiful HQ,” Lapadula told Milan Channel of his arrival at the club.
“It was exciting to see the museum, I saw so many trophies and it had an effect on me. The European Cup is obviously the maximum.
“The museum gave me a huge desire to write myself into the history of this club. It won’t be easy, but with a competitive edge and hard work you can do great things.
“I hope to make a good impression now I’m here.
“San Siro? It’ll be fun to play there, it’s the most beautiful stadium in Italy and to play there with Milan will be even better.
“I can’t even imagine it right now.”
