Bologna have officially completed the signing of Czech winger Ladislav Krejčí.

The 24-year-old joins the Rossoblu from Sparta Prague, having impressed with his performances in last season’s Europa League and at Euro 2016.

“FC Bologna 1909 announces the outright signing of Sparta Prague attacker Ladislav Krejčí,” the club announced in a short statement on their official website.

Krejčí is the first Czech ever to play for Bologna, and scored 25 goals in 130 League appearances for Sparta Prague.

Krejčí is the first Czech ever to play for Bologna, and scored 25 goals in 130 League appearances for Sparta Prague.

In addition, the winger has scored eight goals in 27 Europa League appearances, and was a key man as his club advanced to the Quarter-Finals last season, beating Lazio on the way.

Krejčí got a goal and an assist in the 3-0 win over the Biancocelesti at Stadio Olimpico, as well as scoring in the next round against Villarreal.

It’s thought the transfer is worth around €4m.
