Milan could clinch Mateo Musacchio from Villarreal by lowering the €30m asking price with the inclusion of Suso.
The Rossoneri are in advanced negotiations with the Spanish club for defender Musacchio and so far offered €25m.
He has a €50m release clause in his contract, but would be allowed to leave for €30m.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, the gap between offer and demand will be bridged by including Suso as part of the deal.
The former Liverpool winger is valued at €10m and showed just what he can do during his six-month loan spell at Genoa, including a hat-trick.
Because of that, new Coach Vincenzo Montella is not sure whether to let Suso go, but in order to get Musacchio he could make a sacrifice.
