West Ham United and Arsenal aren’t the only options for Carlos Bacca, as Napoli now want the Milan and Colombia hitman.
Bacca was left out of the US tour, officially for fitness reasons, but it’s widely reported the club is desperate to sell quickly in order to fund their summer transfer market.
Cash is needed because the Chinese takeover of the club has still not been finalised.
According to Radio CRC, Napoli have approached Milan to ask for Bacca.
Rated at €30m, the same sum the Rossoneri paid Sevilla a year ago, the centre-forward has made it very clear he wants to play in the Champions League.
This is why he rejected West Ham United, while Arsenal are holding off in case they can sign Gonzalo Higuain or Mauro Icardi instead.
The 29-year-old would be seen as Napoli’s heir to Higuain, who is pushing for a transfer to Juventus.
