Inter are getting closer to Antonio Candreva as they’re prepared to meet Lazio’s €25m asking price.
According to Sky Sport Italia, a dinner meeting between director Piero Ausilio and Candreva’s agent last night helped propel the situation forward.
Now Ausilio is expected to fly out to America and will be at their training camp on Monday for talks with the club owners.
He hopes to convince them to shell out more than the previous proposal - €18m plus €2m bonuses – to meet Lazio’s asking price of €25m.
The winger has already shown enthusiasm for the Inter jersey, having failed to agree personal terms with Napoli.
