According to the Corriere dello Sport, Denswil has to choose whether to renew his contract with Brugge this summer, and could be picked up by Fiorentina if he doesn't.

The player's deal with his current club expires in 2018 and it's unlikely that the Belgians will let negotiations for a sale slip to next year, when they would have very limited negotiating power.

Fiorentina could then swoop in and pick up the player for €3-4m. While it's unlikely that Denswil would start, he could prove to be a fruitful investment for the future of their back-line.
