The sale of Milan could be in jeopardy, as the exclusivity agreement with a Chinese group has reportedly expired.
President Silvio Berlusconi has been in talks to sell the club for some time, with a consortium led by Sonny Wu attempting a takeover.
However, Marco Bellinazzo, journalist for Il Sole 24 Ore reports that the exclusivity agreement has expired with no deal being done.
Members of the consortium are said to have pulled-out of buying the Rossoneri, putting the deal at risk.
Bee Taechaubol could therefore re-enter negotiations, having already attempted to buy the club last year.
