Milan have announced they have completed the signing of Paraguayan Gustavo Gomez.
The defender arrives at San Siro on an initial year-long loan deal, with the Rossoneri reserving the right to sign him permanently for a suspected €8.5m.
The 23-year-old moves to Italy from Argentine club Atletico Lanus, with the San Siro club breaking the news via their official Twitter account.
“New arrival with the Rossoneri: welcome Gomez,” the short announcement reads.
Gomez joins Milan on the same day it was confirmed that Silvio Berlusconi is selling the club to Chinese investors.
