The robbery occurred on Monday morning and seems to have been through an open window.
The thieves got away with two notebooks used by Donadoni and his staff, said to contain tactical details and scouting reports.
Some cameras and viewing equipment was also reportedly stolen from the Casteldebole ground.
Bologna tried to downplay the incident, but it is the latest of several strange occurrences at their training camp.
