The French centre-back was seen receiving treatment for a cut lip after a clash of heads with teammate Danilo.
Several minutes later he then seemed to fall to the ground and motioned to the medical staff that he was feeling dizzy.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, he was feeling unwell because there was a multiple fracture to the jawbone.
