Inter and Milan have joined an international race for Sunderland's baby talent Joel Asoro.

The 17-year-old played against Spain yesterday in the ongoing U21 Euro tournament, which ended 1-1.

According to Expressen, the young striker has already drawn such interest with his talent that scouts from Inter, Milan, Paris Saint-Germain, Lyon, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Villareal, and Valencia were all there to see him.

A rat-race to sign the player can thus be expected either this winter or next summer, with the two Italians hoping to edge the international competition.

“I'm not surprised by the fact that many scouts were there to see such a beautiful match,” said Asoro after the game. “I do my job, we'll see about the rest later on.”
