Milan’s joint-CEO Adriano Galliani compares Carlos Bacca to Mauro Icardi and Gonzalo Higuain.
The Colombian striker scored the opener against Lazio last night, taking his tally for the Serie A season to five goals in five games.
“Bacca is one of those who counts, like Higuain and Icardi,” Galliani told Milan TV.
“Coach Vincenzo Montella? He knows how to get a team playing, and that’s the thing that Silvio Berlusconi, the fans and myself really like. Let’s continue like this.
“We’ve faced some tough opponents, but there’s a long road ahead. The defeat against Udinese is testament to the unpredictability of the season.
“Now the table looks good, but we can’t start celebrating. We started slowly against Lazio but then we ended up making a lot of chances.
“We could see a precise idea of football and I’m glad about that.”
