Elseid Hysaj will sign a new contract with Napoli over the next couple of days, confirmed the Albania international’s agent.
“Next week we will put pen to paper on the contract renewal with Napoli, either Monday or Thursday,” representative Mario Giuffredi told Radio Crc.
“We are down to the final details, it’s a matter of days and I hope that it’ll all be done before the Champions League game with Benfica.”
The 22-year-old right-back followed Maurizio Sarri from Empoli in the summer of 2015 for €5m.

His current contract runs to June 2020, but it’s believed this new deal will include a large release clause.
It’ll run to 2021 with an option to extend for one more year.
He’s set to earn €1.4m per year plus bonuses that will rise every season to a maximum of €2.5m plus bonuses.
