Crotone President Raffaele Vrenna insists Davide Nicola “will be the Coach to the end of the season.”
There has been talk of a potential dismissal, as the Calabrians have picked up just one point from six Serie A rounds, scoring four goals and conceding 14.
“Nicola will be the Crotone Coach to the end of the season,” President Vrenna announced in a Press conference.
“The Coach is locked down and the team will not be relegated.”

This is the tiny club’s first foray into Serie A after finishing second in Serie B last season behind Cagliari.
Their Coach, Ivan Juric, left to take over at Genoa and Nicola was brought in this summer.
