“This was one of those days where if you’ve got the chance, you have to take it,” Nainggolan told Sky Sport Italia.

“It was a missed opportunity if you look at the other results this weekend, but we played good football today and you can’t always score three or four goals.”

Skorupski performed astounding saves and is ironically enough on loan from Roma.

“I told him he’s still our goalkeeper, so could’ve been a little nicer to us! No, all joking apart, he is doing really well and if it weren’t for him, we would’ve won today.”
