Milan are believed to be interested if Manchester United release Morgan Schneiderlin in January.
The former Southampton midfielder turns 27 today and was signed for €35m in the summer of 2015.
He has struggled this season, managing just seven appearances in all competition, most of them as a late substitute.
Jose Mourinho does not look kindly on Schneiderlin and could release him on loan in January.
Milan would be strong contenders to bring him in at San Siro, according to Calciomercatoweb.it and The Mirror.
A permanent transfer would cost in the region of €15m, but Tottenham and Crystal Palace are also interested.
