Maurizio Zamparini reiterated his desire to sell Palermo, but told Napoli he’ll hand over Ilija Nestorovski “for Manolo Gabbiadini and Omar El Kaddouri.”

The patron of the Sicilians spoke to Radio Kiss Kiss and was asked about rumours hitman Nestorovski could make a January move to the Stadio San Paolo.

“He will stay here at Palermo until at least June. Of course, if Aurelio De Laurentiis were to offer me Gabbiadini and El Kaddouri, then we could talk about it."

The 26-year-old Macedonia international has six goals in 12 Serie A games this season.

“We won’t do much in the January window. Perhaps we’ll get a couple of midfielders, we’ll see. We are already at work and viewing players," continued Zamparini.

“I will leave at the end of the season. I think there’s a big chance that this Asian group will buy into Palermo and that’s very important.

“We have a letter of intent, then it takes quite a while to reach the closing. It’s good to open doors to China, the way they did in England.”
