Palmeiras winger Roger Guedes is liked by Inter, Milan and Barcelona, but could be sold for €15m, said his agent.

The 20-year-old right-sided player with a ferocious right-foot shot and strong dribbling skills has been one of the key players this season, putting Palmeiras top of the table in Brazil.

“It’s true, many clubs have been watching Roger in recent months, because he is a great talent,” agent Cesar Bottega told Calciomercato.com.

“Both Inter and Milan are tracking him and they like him a lot, but for now there is no formal offer on the table.

“Right now Roger is concentrated on winning the title with Palmeiras, but he does know of interest from these two clubs. He does not have a preference, because they are both big clubs on the world stage, so either one would be an honour for him.”

In Spain there are reports that Barcelona have an option to buy Roger Guedes.

“I will be honest, Barcelona came to Brazil in their attempts to sign Gabriel Jesus, but obviously realised the quality of his teammate Roger Guedes.

“In any case, no deal has been signed, so there is no option.”

The representative also clarified the situation of his ownership.

“Palmeiras now own 100 per cent of his contract, having bought him from Criciuma. The only clause is that if Palmeiras sell the player, then 50 per cent must go to Criciuma.

“Palmeiras have not set a price-tag, but I think if an offer should arrive worth at least €15m, then the operation could be concluded.”
