Milan have not entirely lost hope of starting Alessio Romagnoli against Inter on Sunday, claim Sky Sport Italia.

Romagnoli picked up a muscular injury at San Siro during Italy’s 0-0 friendly draw with Germany on Tuesday evening.
It was believed he could not recover in time or be risked so soon in a big game.
However, Sky Sport Italia claim this evening that the centre-back could potentially be given a chance in the starting XI.
He is not expected to train tomorrow either, so it would be a big risk for Coach Vincenzo Montella to take.
The alternatives are Gustavo Gomez or Cristian Zapata, the latter not playing at all this season due to ankle surgery in July.
