Palermo have officially announced that Oscar Hiljemark has joined Genoa, on loan with an obligation to buy.
The Grifone have been trying to reinforce their midfield, and it emerged yesterday that they were close to the Swedish midfielder.
“U.S Città di Palermo officially announces the sale of Oscar Hiljemark to Genoa,” a statement on the Rosanero’s website reads.
“The player joins the Rossoblu on loan with an obligation to buy.”

No figures have been mentioned, but it’s thought the deal is a €500,000 loan with a €2.5m obligation.
