Inter full-back Yuto Nagatomo has launched a new book and DVD on finding peace through yoga – called Yogatomo.
The Japan international released the self-help packet in his homeland.
It’s reported he has been passing on the secrets of yoga to Inter teammates Eder and Juan Jesus (now at Roma), which inspired him to teach on a wider scale.
It was launched with a Press conference in Japan, including a live demonstration of some moves, earlier this month.
