The Granata confirmed the news this morning via their official website, and President Urbano Cairo made the following comment.

"Vanja Milinkovic-Savic is a goalkeeper with extraordinary physical and recognisable talent, and one of the most exciting prospects at the international level,” Cairo enthused.

"Among other things he was distinguished with the bronze medal at the European Under-19 and a gold medal at the Under 20 World Cup with Serbia.

"Our scouts have followed him for some time, like other large Italian and European clubs, so we decided to act in advance to take him at Toro from next season.

"His acquisition is a valuable investment and confirms our strategy to focus in Italy and abroad on young, motivated players with prospects."
