Patric, Senad Lulic and Stefan Radu will be suspended for the first leg of Lazio’s Coppa Italia semi-final with Roma.
The Aquile secured their passage to the final four thanks to a 2-1 victory away to Inter on Tuesday.
However, an accumulation of cards has seen Lulic, Radu and Patric given a one-match ban.
They’ll all be unavailable for the first leg on March 1.
Napoli full-back Elseid Hysaj misses the first leg of their semi-final against Juventus in Turin on February 28.
