Keita Balde Diao reportedly has no intention of renewing his Lazio contract, so will be sold over the summer.
The 21-year-old Senegal international is only tied to the Biancocelesti until June 2018.
He had several rows with the club in recent months and was frozen out of the squad for a short while, but is now back and his form revitalised after the Africa Cup of Nations.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Keita has informed Lazio that he will not accept any contract renewal proposal.
This means a sale has to take place at the end of this season to avoid losing him on a free transfer.
Keita has been linked to many clubs around Europe, including Inter, Arsenal, Juventus, Milan, Chelsea and Liverpool.
He came up through the Barcelona youth academy and is blessed with extraordinary pace.
This season he has contributed six goals and three assists in 17 Serie A appearances for Lazio.
The price-tag is believed to be in the region of €25m.
