Friday’s printed edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, on page 12, reports Liverpool are among the Premier League clubs interested in the Dutch midfielder, but Manchester United and Tottenham are also keen.

Interest from these three clubs is not necessarily bad news for Juventus, as none of them will play in the Club World Cup in 2025, contrary to the Bianconeri. Next year, Manchester City and Chelsea will represent the Premier League in the USA, two clubs that are not interested in the Atalanta star.

As reported by Tuttosport, Juventus hope the opportunity to play in the Club World Cup will persuade Koopmeiners to join the Bianconeri rather than move to the Premier League in the summer.

At the same time, Juventus will offer him a leading role in the team, while the Dutch star could find more competition in England. Lastly, he would remain in Italy where he and his family have been living for the last three years.

Koopmeiners’ contract at the Gewiss Stadium expires in June 2027 and Atalanta’s asking price is €60m.
