Lazio are understood to have made Cesena an official offer for midfield star Marco Parolo.

Speculation yesterday suggested that the capital club are very keen on the Italian international and a bid has been tabled.

According to reports, Claudio Lotito has made the Sea Horses a tempting player plus cash proposal for the 26-year-old.

Apparently, Lotito has offered €4m as well as the services of Azzurri winger Pasquale Foggia.

Cesena boss Marco Giampaolo is a big fan of Foggia, given that he has worked with him at Ascoli and Cagliari in the past.
