Real Madrid midfielder Fernando Gago has sent an appeal to Inter. “They’d be our first choice,” said his agent.
The Argentine is expected to leave Real this summer and has been given a €20m price-tag.
“Gago to Inter? Why not? Fernando would be enthusiastic about this possibility,” agent Simone Piccotti told Sport.es.
“He would be reunited with many of his fellow countrymen in Milan, so it would be easy to settle in.
“If we were to reach an agreement, the Nerazzurri would be our first choice.”
Gago is considered a valid option if Wesley Sneijder is sold to Manchester United.
