Dejan Stankovic is “very angry” at Inter's Super Cup defeat to Milan. “We were doing so well in the first half.”
The Nerazzurri were leading thanks to a Wesley Sneijder free kick, but two goals in eight minutes from Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Kevin-Prince Boateng turned the game around in Beijing.
“I feel very angry at losing this match after what we did in the first half,” raged Stankovic.
“We hardly allowed Milan anything except when they hit the post, while in the second half we fell away and were pegged back.
“In any case, the game was decided by small incidents. We have only been together for three weeks and you could see in the first half what we're capable of.”
