Kevin-Prince Boateng is still buzzing after he got Milan's Italian Super Cup winner in Beijing. “I was in the right place.”
Inter had been leading 1-0 at the break, but Zlatan Ibrahimovic equalised and when Alexandre Pato hit the post, Boateng was ready to tap in.
“I was in the right place, because Pato had the shot and I was able to get on to it,” said the Ghana international.
“I feel really good and it was important for us to win the first game of the season. The first half was tough, but after the break we focused perfectly on to our objective and did what we wanted to.
“All we had to do was wait for their mistakes and that's how we got them.”
