Floro Flores pens Udinese contract

Antonio Floro Flores has renewed his contract with Udinese until 2016, having been linked with numerous clubs.

The striker returned to the Stadio Friuli from a loan spell at Genoa and was expected to leave on a permanent basis this summer.

He had been linked with moves to Genoa, Lazio and overseas with Rubin Kazan.

However, today Udinese announced Floro Flores has extended his contract with the club to June 30, 2016.

He was also named on the squad list for their Champions League preliminary round clash with Arsenal.

Curiously, Arsenal included Cesc Fabregas on their list despite the fact he is widely expected to join Barcelona.
