Simon Kjaer's agent assures the talk of the Wolfsburg defender's transfer to Roma is “only rumours” at the moment.
There were strong reports over the weekend that the Giallorossi were targeting ex-Palermo centre-back Kjaer to reinforce their defence.
“I read the stories, but have had no concrete evidence of the links,” Mikkel Beck told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Nobody from Wolfsburg has talked to me about an agreement with Roma. So far these are only rumours.
“All I can say is that he is a Wolfsburg player and continues to focus on the Bundesliga. I have no appointments lined up with the club or with Roma.”
It was reported the Giallorossi wanted to pay €2m to take Danish international Kjaer on loan, plus €8m to buy outright at the end of the season.
