Chievo have become the latest possible destination for Juventus reserve goalkeeper Alex Manninger.
The Austrian is set to leave Turin given that he is presently the third-choice behind Gigi Buffon and Marco Storari.
Manninger, 34, was closely associated with a swoop to Sampdoria this summer, but that transfer has fallen through.
Chievo could now make a move for the former international goalkeeper given that Stefano Sorrentino seems to be on his way out of the club.
Sorrentino is wanted by Palermo following their decision to sell Salvatore Sirigu to Paris SG earlier this summer.
It was believed that Chievo were also interested in Storari, but his wages were just too big for the Stadio Bentegodi outfit.
