Still no Sorrentino fee agreed

Chievo and Palermo are still trying to reach a compromise over a transfer fee for Stefano Sorrentino.

The goalkeeper is wanted by the Rosanero to replace Salvatore Sirigu following his move to Paris SG.

While Chievo are ready to let the custodian move to the Stadio Barbera, there is still a difference between offer and demand.

The Verona minnows want €4m for the 'keeper, but Palermo chief Maurizio Zamparini is currently offering no more than €2.5m.

Talks are set to continue.
