There is chaos at Palermo with three new arrivals on deadline day and reports their director of sport will resign.
The situation was already tense in Sicily this week with rumours Coach Stefano Pioli would face the axe.
Today they completed the arrival of Edgar Barreto from Atalanta, Bari winger Edgar Alvarez and Penarol man Matias Aguirregaray.
They also sold Italy midfielder Antonio Nocerino to Milan, reportedly for just €0.5m plus youngster Ricardo Ferreira.
There are now reports emanating from the Lega transfer hub in Milan that President Maurizio Zamparini had a blazing row with director of sport Sean Sogliano.
It is said that Sogliano is prepared to resign and even left the transfer deadline day negotiations to his assistant.
“Everything is fine. I'll hold a Press conference tomorrow to explain everything,” Zamparini told Stadio News.
