Cesena warn 'no respite' for Napoli

Marco Giampaolo urged his Cesena side to give “no respite” to Napoli in tonight's clash. “We'll play with our heads held high.”

The Serie A season continues this evening at the Stadio Manuzzi, which unveils its new artificial pitch.

“We prepared every detail and I am convinced we will have a great game,” said the Coach.

“Napoli are strong, as they kept the structure from last year and reinforced, so we need a courageous approach.

“We will play with our heads held high, as we must leave the field without regrets. I want to see grit and we will give Napoli no respite.”

However, there are problems for Cesena, as veteran goalkeeper Francesco Antonioli is out for up to three weeks with a muscular injury.

This means the gloves go to Nicola Ravaglia, who has never played a Serie A match before.

“Ravaglia has already proved his worth to us. It may be his Serie A debut, but everyone has to start somewhere.”
