Pierpaolo Bisoli admits Bologna “deserve to be jeered” by their fans after two straight defeats, but denies Gaston Ramirez is heading to Liverpool.
The Rossoblu have had a disastrous start to the campaign, beaten 2-0 by Fiorentina and Lecce.
“We accept the jeers, as we deserve them,” confessed the Coach after a humiliating home defeat to one of their relegation rivals.
“The incidents didn't go our way, as their goalkeeper made three miraculous saves, while Lecce took the lead at the first attempt.
“However, after the second goal we fell apart and could not manage a reaction. The team is coming off a negative streak at the end of last season too and the lads are feeling the pressure. Now we must react.”
Ramirez came off the bench for his first appearance since the contract dispute with Bologna, though the 20-year-old Uruguayan creative midfielder has been heavily linked with a January move to Liverpool.
“The transfer market is closed and I don't see what I'm supposed to say about this right now,” noted Bisoli.
“The issue just doesn't exist. It was the first game I could've fielded the lad, as he was suspended last week. He played for 35 minutes and is regularly at the disposal of the squad. As for anything else, that will wait until January.”
